The Use of Plants in Healing - November 1
Natural remedies to support mind, body, spirit, and health.
Healing with plants is as old as mankind. They can provide mental clarity, relieve muscle pain, and even exhibit sedative properties. Knowledge of using medicinal plants comes from people trying to fight illnesses, which led them to find remedies in the bark, seeds, fruits, and other plant parts. Today, science has recognized these effects and have included many plant-based medicines, which were used by ancient civilizations, in modern treatments.
